REAL ANIMAL RIGHTS
RAR Malta is a non-profit organisation with the main aim to improve the quality of life of animals in Malta.
“Our mission is to raise awareness and educate the public, help foster and home abandoned animals and advice local authorities on matters regarding the life quality of these animals” RAR Malta.

During the 2020 Festive season, Happy Initiative with the help of a generous donation from VJ Salamone, donated a total of over €7,000 worth of food to Malta’s animal sanctuaries and street feeders, including those caring for dogs, cats, and horses amongst others. With the help of RAR Malta, 14 volunteers and 6 Vans we managed to distribute over 40 tonnes of animal food across Malta and Gozo.

Many animal sanctuaries find it difficult to continue with their work during these challenging times. The role that animals play in our lives is vital, providing love, comfort and security and we cannot turn a blind eye. By giving out free meals and supporting these local organisation in this time of need, Happy Initiative believes that we are able to address one of the voids in our society.
