VICTORY KITCHEN

Once the Covid19 pandemic hit, Maltese chef, Rafel Sammut made it a priority to set up a food charity; creating a sustainable and long term solution of delivering food to families hit hardest by the crisis and that’s how Victory Kitchen came to life. Victory Kitchen translates humble food into hope, faith and courage for those who might otherwise remain hungry.

We at Happy Initiative understood Rafels Vision from day one and partnered up with him to become Victory Kitchens main sponsor for the next 3 years with the goal of helping them succeed in their mission of feeding those less fortunate on the Island. Many families have been finding it very hard to cope with their everyday life, having lost their main income due to the pandemic.

“Happy Initiative has acted as a pillar of support to many of Malta’s NGOs who suffered financially or operationally due to the Covid-19 pandemic. It’s has helped soften the negative impact of the pandemic on many Maltese families, animals and society at large. It’s contribution over the past 6 months has been indispensable.” Rafel Sammut.
